Usability Crimes
I don’t want to be too mean to Amazon. I accept they run a massive website, and I can’t begin to imagine the design challenges they have to overcome.
That said…
When using the search function I keep clicking the ‘Basket’ button because it’s placed so close to the end of the search bar. I’ve done it more times then I’ve hit the tiny orange ‘Go’ button.
Is it just me?
Learn to use a mouse!
